Our R&D department based in Nonantola (MO) is a center of global competence for Compact Hydraulic products.  Our Sales Department is looking for a Junior Sales to join our team and support our business activities in the Asia Pacific region. The ideal candidate will work closely with Sales, Application Engineering, Product Management, and customers to understand technical requirements and help develop suitable hydraulic and electro-hydraulic solutions. We are looking for a motivated professional with strong engineering foundations, an analytical mindset, and the drive to grow within an international commercial and technical environment. What will you take care of? You will be responsible for: • Technical Solution Analysis: Support the analysis of customer and sales requests, helping to identify and propose suitable technical solutions. • Commercial & Project Support: Provide technical support to the Sales team and customers during the quotation and project definition phases. Contribute to the development of tailored technical solutions for specific customer and market requirements in the APAC region. • Project Follow-up & Problem Solving: Follow up on customer-specific projects in close cooperation with cross-functional internal teams. Support troubleshooting activities to identify and resolve technical issues effectively. • Training & Marketing Events: Support product and application training, customer Tech Days, and industry exhibitions. • Stakeholder Relationship Building: Build and maintain positive, long-term relationships with customers, distributors, and internal stakeholders. • Regional Support & Travel: Support business activities across the Asia Pacific region, including customer visits, technical meetings, and international business travel. What distinguishes you? Education: Master’s degree in Engineering (preferably Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electrical, or a related field); Languages: fluent in English and Italian (C1/C2 level) Software Proficiency: Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and standard engineering tools. Work style: strong analytical approach, problem-solving mindset, client orientation, and cross-functional teamwork across technical and sales environments. Other: Proactive attitude, willingness to learn continuously, and a strong capability to work in a team. Full willingness to travel internationally, particularly within the Asia Pacific (APAC) region.
