Senior Data Architect, Customer Data  AI & Data Workflows  |  Remote  |  Full-Time  |  EMEA  Who We Are: Front Office Transformation Experts  Bluprintx (BPX) is a global, AI-powered consultancy built to design and deliver the intelligent front office for CMO and CRO executives. We are private equity-backed and scaling fast, with 300 active customers across 10 countries and more than 1,750 implementations. We connect people, technology, and AI to turn fragmentation into performance, partnering with global leaders to modernize how marketing, CRM, content, AI & Data connect. At BPX, we hire operators and specialists who thrive at the intersection of commercial strategy and technical execution.  What We Do: Cutting Complexity Across the Front Office  We help the world's most ambitious companies, including Uber Eats, BNY, and Xerox, untangle the operational complexity that slows enterprise growth. As a Gold Adobe Solution Partner and Salesforce Summit Partner, we deliver strategy and implementation across the full front office. Our proprietary methodology builds sustainable enabled ecosystems that maximize ROI and accelerate speed to market. By embedding AI into commercial workflows, we help clients move faster and stay ahead.  The Role  BPX is hiring a Senior Data Architect as we build out a dedicated Data capability alongside our Intelligent Marketing practice. You will design the data foundations that sit underneath enterprise front-office programmes: the cloud data platform, the models and pipelines that feed it, and the flows that carry customer data out to CDPs, engagement platforms and analytics tools. Snowflake is the core platform on our largest current programmes, working with Twilio Segment, Braze and Amplitude, and you will also shape designs on Databricks, BigQuery, Azure and AWS as client needs demand. This is a hands-on architecture role: you run discovery with client data, IT and marketing teams, set the target-state design, and stay close enough to the build to guide data engineers and prove the design works in production. On every programme you lead, you are the client-facing authority on how customer data is structured, governed and put to work.  What you'll do  - Lead discovery and assessment workshops with client data, IT and marketing stakeholders, translating business and marketing use cases into data requirements.  - Design target-state data architecture on cloud data platforms, covering ingestion, storage layers, data models, transformation and serving.  - Define customer data models and identity strategy that work across the warehouse, CDP and downstream engagement and analytics tools.  - Architect the integration between the data warehouse and marketing systems, including warehouse-native and zero-copy audience patterns, reverse ETL and event streaming.  - Assess and plan changes to existing data platforms, including impact analysis on downstream CDP, engagement and reporting flows.  - Set standards for data quality, lineage, security and access control, and design governance that meets GDPR and sector-specific requirements.  - Model data volumes, performance and platform consumption so clients can plan capacity and cost with confidence.  - Stay hands-on: review data models and pipeline code, build proofs of concept, and clear technical blockers for data engineers during delivery.  - Mentor data engineers and help shape BPX's Data capability, including delivery patterns, accelerators and reusable assets.  - Support pre-sales with scoping, estimation, solution shaping and technical credibility in client pitches.  What you'll bring  - Eight or more years in data engineering or data architecture, including at least three years designing enterprise data platforms end to end.  - Deep hands-on experience with Snowflake. SnowPro Advanced: Architect or equivalent certification is a distinct advantage.  - Working knowledge of at least one other major data platform, such as Databricks, BigQuery, Azure (Synapse or Fabric) or AWS (Redshift).  - Strong data modelling skills across dimensional, Data Vault or similar approaches, and expert SQL.  - Experience with modern data tooling for ingestion, transformation and orchestration, such as dbt, Fivetran, Airflow or equivalent, plus a working command of Python.  - Experience connecting data platforms to marketing and customer systems, ideally CDPs such as Twilio Segment, Adobe Real-Time CDP or Salesforce Data Cloud, and engagement platforms such as Braze.  - Practical grasp of data governance, security and privacy, including GDPR, consent data and role-based access. Experience in financial services or other regulated industries is an advantage.  - Consulting or agency background, credible in front of clients and able to explain architecture choices to marketers and engineers in the same room.  - Evidence of leading or mentoring data engineers on enterprise delivery.  - Fluent English and the right to work in an EMEA country where BPX operates.  Why this role, why now  Every front-office programme our clients run now depends on the data platform underneath it. The CDP, the engagement platform and the analytics are only as good as the data architecture feeding them. BPX is building a dedicated Data capability to own that layer, and this role is one of its first senior hires. You will set the architecture on enterprise programmes where customer data flows from the warehouse through the CDP to live, cross-channel engagement, and see the results in production. If you want to shape how a new capability works, rather than inherit someone else's, and to see data architecture turn directly into customer outcomes, this is that seat.  Additional information  Equal Employment Opportunity.
