SalesforceLLMsREST APIsCI/CDRecruitingQuality AssuranceSpanishMentoring
We are a global technology consulting company specializing in IT solutions, cloud-based platforms, mobile and web applications, and training and support services. With over 14 years of experience and a multicultural team of more than 100 professionals, we deliver projects for highly complex industries such as pharmaceuticals, diagnostics, healthcare, and consumer goods.
At our company, we value international talent, diversity, flexibility, and a collaborative environment that fosters both professional growth and personal well-being.
🧠 What You´ll Do
We are looking for a Salesforce Solution Architect to act as design authority across our Salesforce projects. You will start on a strategic, compliance-critical programme for one of our key clients, a major US health insurance company we’ve been partnering with since 2024, focused on consent and preference management on Experience Cloud within a multi-cloud landscape (Health Cloud, Marketing Cloud and Data Cloud).
Beyond this project, you will support other ongoing and upcoming initiatives, contribute to pre-sales and stay close to the code, combining architecture, pre-sales and hands-on development as business needs evolve. You will work with Project Managers, Product Owners, developers, consultants and QA, and directly with client IT leaders and business owners.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys owning technical decisions end to end, can explain trade-offs to any audience, and wants to help shape how our architecture practice grows.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Own the end-to-end Salesforce architecture for client projects, from discovery to go-live, identifying technical risks early (limits, performance, technical debt) and planning their mitigation.
- Design scalable data models, sharing and security models, including large data volume considerations.
- Define integration patterns (REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, middleware such as MuleSoft) between Salesforce and ERP, marketing, data and legacy systems.
- Decide between declarative and programmatic solutions and document decisions in solution design documents, architecture diagrams and ADRs.
- Define sandbox strategy, CI/CD and DevOps processes (DevOps Center, Copado, Gearset or similar) and support release planning.
- Review designs and code, set coding and configuration standards, and mentor developers and consultants, while supporting the team with development tasks when needed.
- Design and deliver AI capabilities within Salesforce solutions, using Agentforce and Data Cloud or external LLMs such as Claude, covering agent design, data grounding, guardrails and trust/security considerations.
- Shape pre-sales proposals: solution approach, estimations and technical assessments for new opportunities.
- Present architecture options and trade-offs to client IT and business leaders.
- Contribute to Nuvolar’s architecture practice with reusable standards and templates.
✅ What We’re Looking For
- Experience: 7+ years working with Salesforce, including at least 3 years as an architect or technical lead on client projects, leading technical teams and owning design decisions end to end.
- Hands-on development: Solid background in Apex, LWC and Flow, with the ability to review and challenge developers’ work.
- Multi-cloud: Experience with at least two of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud or an Industry Cloud.
- Integration architecture: Proven experience designing integrations and choosing the right integration patterns.
- Data and security: Strong knowledge of data modelling, sharing and security models, and governor limits.
- AI solutions: Proven experience designing and/or delivering AI solutions, on the Salesforce stack (Agentforce, Data Cloud) or with external LLMs (e.g. Claude).
- Certifications: Active Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I (PDI), plus at least three additional active Salesforce certifications.
- Languages: Excellent oral and written English and Spanish, with the ability to present to client stakeholders.
Nice to have:
- Data Cloud and Agentforce architecture experience.
- Enterprise architecture frameworks (e.g. TOGAF, Salesforce Well-Architected, C4 model).
- Salesforce Application Architect or System Architect certification.
- MuleSoft experience or certification.
- Industry Clouds (e.g. Health Cloud, Financial Services Cloud) or CPQ / Revenue Cloud.
- Pre-sales experience: estimations, proposals and client presentations.
- Experience in the healthcare industry.
💜 Why You’ll Love Working at Nuvolar
- Flexible Work & Work-Life Balance: enjoy options to balance work and personal life, including every other Friday off.
- 100% Remote Work: work fully remotely from anywhere in Spain.
- Certifications on us: we cover any Salesforce certification, as well as Claude certifications.
- Seniority Program: additional benefits and privileges as you grow with the company.
- Social & Team Budget: even though we primarily work remotely, we encourage team gatherings and activities, with a dedicated budget.
- Continuous Learning: training, mentorship, and professional development opportunities.
- Growth Opportunities: design authority on varied multi-cloud projects, real influence on our architecture practice, and work with newer Salesforce products such as Data Cloud and Agentforce.

In our screening process, we prioritize verifiable signals of excellence, regardless of seniority. There are no preferential paths beyond what your application demonstrates, and we evaluate every candidate through the same process. Some people hold back because they feel they lack experience or have an “imperfect” CV. If you like the role and believe you could excel over time, don’t self-reject. All applications go through our careers page, which is the only way to be considered. We use an AI-assisted screening process to review every application quickly, objectively and consistently against the role's core requirements. Our Talent Acquisition team reviews the results, and all decisions about next steps are always made by people.
We use an AI notetaker to record and transcribe interviews, so our team can stay fully focused on the conversation. We only record with your consent, which we’ll ask for separately before the interview. Saying no is completely fine and won’t affect your application in any way.
