KYC Onboarding Analyst Dublin 7 Months Fixed Term Contract We are seeking experienced Senior KYC Analysts to join our Client Lifecycle Management (CLM) team to support a large-scale KYC (Know Your Client) programme. his role is responsible for managing the end-to-end Client Onboarding and Periodic Review process, with a particular focus on the Aviation Industry, including complex entity structures, beneficial ownership analysis, and high-risk client populations. As a key member of our Dublin-based KYC Project Team, you will be responsible for conducting comprehensive Customer Due Diligence (CDD) reviews across multiple jurisdictions and a broad spectrum of legal entity types, including complex and high-risk structures. You will play a critical role in ensuring all KYC files are completed to the highest standard, in compliance with regulatory requirements, internal policies, and client-specific procedures. The successful candidate will possess deep KYC/AML expertise, strong analytical and investigative skills, and a proven track record of delivering high-quality outcomes in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments. You will be expected to exercise sound judgement when assessing risk, interpreting ownership and control structures, and resolving complex KYC challenges while maintaining a consistent, risk-focused approach.
