Program Director: Virtual IOP | Adolescent Behavioral Health

Our partner is looking for a Program Director: Virtual IOP | Adolescent Behavioral Health based in United States. The Program Director will lead the delivery, growth, and operational performance of a virtual Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) serving adolescents ages 13–17 and their families. This hybrid leadership role combines remote program management with community outreach and business development to expand access to behavioral health services. You will oversee the virtual clinical team, strengthen referral partnerships, and drive admissions growth while maintaining high standards of care. From managing schedules and budgets to monitoring clinical outcomes and regulatory compliance, you will be responsible for the program’s overall performance. Working collaboratively with clinicians, referral partners, and organizational leadership, you will help build a sustainable, family-centered service that meets the needs of adolescents across Florida. This full-time opportunity follows a Monday-to-Friday schedule, from 12 PM to 8 PM Eastern Time, and requires a Florida-based professional who is comfortable with occasional travel and community engagement.
