Chief of Staff & Head of Platform

We are seeking an entrepreneurial, AI-native operator to build and scale the operating platform of a mission-driven organization focused on accelerating ocean innovation. This role combines strategic leadership, hands-on execution, AI systems development, and portfolio-wide value creation. You will work closely with the founder and leadership team to redesign how the organization operates, using intelligent agents and automated workflows to scale impact without adding unnecessary complexity. You will also equip operating partners, support portfolio company founders, and develop repeatable programs that turn promising technologies into scalable businesses. From building an AI-powered operating system to improving reporting, execution, and collaboration, you will help establish a new model for supporting growth-stage companies.
