The Role We’re looking for an experienced Bartender to join our vibrant team at Soho House Amsterdam, part of a global creative community and recently awarded a Michelin Key. In this role, you’ll be at the heart of the member experience—creating exceptional moments through great drinks, genuine hospitality, and effortless service. From crafting cocktails to maintaining a welcoming bar atmosphere, you’ll play a key role in making every visit memorable. What you’ll do - Serve high-quality alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages (and food when required) - Prepare and maintain the bar to Soho House standards - Mix cocktails with confidence and consistency - Deliver warm, engaging service in a fast-paced environment What we’re looking for - Proven experience as a Bartender - A positive team player with strong communication skills - Flexible availability (evenings, weekends & public holidays) - Professional, reliable, and enthusiastic - Good English required (additional languages are a plus) 📍 Amsterdam | Flexible hours Benefits Soho House offers competitive compensation packages that feature global benefits and perks. From 2511€ to 2718€, based on experience (no youth salary when younger than 20 y/o) - Travel allowance > 7.5km - Healthy team meals during your shift - Soho Friends Membership with discounts on F&B (50%), rooms and Cowshed - Friends & Family rate for rooms (discount depends on period & occupancy) - One paid moving day per year - Two paid volunteering days per year - Introduce a star and you could be eligible to receive a € 300 (gross) bonus
