About the role

ScrumHRIS
This is us: We are Ynvolve, an independent IT system integrator focusing on the Managed Service Provider space. We have been in business since 2006 and are headquartered in Nijmegen, the Netherlands. We are multicultural. We come from all over the world, from Brazil, Spain, Canada, and Ukraine to Vietnam, the U.S.A., France, Peru, and of course, the Netherlands. Together, we speak 25+ languages and come from 25+ different countries. Inclusiveness, diversity, and a collective drive to grow are essential to our company's DNA. We operate in more than 80 countries and have employees in 6 countries. We belong to the Infinite Group, which comprises 3 IT companies headquartered in Europe and Asia. If you were to ask us, we would tell you that we provide sustainable IT infrastructure solutions that directly contribute to a circular economy. If you were to ask our clients, they would say to you we are specialists with extensive infrastructure platform knowledge around computing, storage, and networking across all technology generations. Continuous growth is a defining part of Ynvolve's history and future. That's where you come in because we always seek new talent to help us build that future. Your responsibilities: As a marketing intern, you will play an active role within our team. You will be involved in a wide range of tasks, from creating content and supporting campaigns to collaborating with colleagues across the organization: - You will attend scrum meetings together with your teammates to stay aligned with progress and priorities. - You will support our team leads by organizing external events, such as searching for new promotional merchandise and creating invitations. - You will reply to colleagues from other teams who have submitted requests for new visual assets. - You will develop new LinkedIn posts that contribute to our online presence and brand communication. - You will help other teams with putting together and refining their presentations. - You will participate in brainstorming sessions to come up with new, fun, and creative ideas for our social media channels. - You will support the marketing team with the execution of campaigns. Your day in the office: Every day is unique, and you will face new challenges every day. However, this is how a day at our office could look like: 09:00 The day begins with a coffee as you settle into your first tasks. A relaxed catch‑up with your teammates helps align priorities, share quick updates, and see where support is needed across projects while the workday is already underway. 09:30 You join the weekly scrum on Monday. Together with your team, you align tasks for the week, discuss priorities, and make sure everyone is set up for smooth collaboration. 10:00 Event preparation takes center stage. New goodies are researched, suppliers compared, and invitation ideas drafted while coordinating details with team leads. 11:00 You shift your focus to cross‑team requests. Colleagues from other departments have sent briefs for new visuals, so you review their needs, clarify requirements, and begin preparing concepts that match the brand's identity. 12:00 Enjoy a lovely buffet lunch and try to master some of the 25+ languages spoken by your colleagues. A quick after-lunch walk outside gives you new energy for the rest of the day. 13:00 You work on new LinkedIn posts. You refine copy, select visuals, and align the content with the broader marketing strategy. You prepare drafts for internal review and schedule the next steps. 14:00 You support other teams with their presentations. You polish slides, refine structure and storytelling, and ensure everything is visually consistent and on-brand. 15:00 A creative brainstorming session sparks new ideas for social media. Trends, formats, and campaign angles are explored to inspire fresh and engaging content. 16:00 You collaborate with the Marketing team on ongoing campaigns. You help coordinate assets, refine messaging, and make sure all moving parts are aligned. You also check in with colleagues abroad to sync on priorities and share updates. 17:00 The final stretch of the day begins with a last inbox check and updates to your task board. You ensure everything is organised and ready for tomorrow. 17:30 Before you head home, you join your colleagues for an energizing gym session. We believe that the best teams work hard and have fun doing it. Another productive day done, see you tomorrow! What's in it for you: - Working in an international work environment where there's rarely a dull moment. The marketing team consists of 7 team members from different countries. - You join a team where your input is extremely valued, and your work has a positive impact on our company as a whole. - A dynamic learning experience in a creative setting where you explore tools, sharpen your skills, and learn by doing. - A lively social atmosphere with company events such as team outings, company day out, Sinterklaas celebrations, and a Christmas party. - An exciting workplace that includes, among other perks, a company gym. - Internship and travel allowances.
