About the Job As a key growth accelerator, A11 partners with Europe’s most ambitious startups and scaleups, corporates and SMBs to connect them with top-tier talent ready to make an impact. We’re looking for a motivated Founders Associate GTM (m/f/d) to join and build the GTM engine at our partner company. As a Founders Associate GTM, you’ll work directly with the founders to build the go-to-market engine from the ground up. From day one, you’ll be part of founder-led sales, product discovery, client expansion and the strategic decisions behind the GTM motion. Our partner company is building the agentic infrastructure for private markets. It sits alongside the systems asset servicers and managers already use and automates the manual work happening between inboxes, portals, banks, files, spreadsheets and ERPs. It is tackling a $13 trillion industry still run on outdated infrastructure. This role can quickly grow into a leadership position as the GTM and deployment functions take shape. In this role, you’ll: - Work as a trusted extension of the founders across GTM, product and company-building - Build AI-native systems for account research, market intelligence, relationship mapping and any other area where they give us an edge - Run deep discovery with domain experts around the globe and turn your learnings into tailored demos and forward-deployed POCs together with product and engineering teams - Translate prospect and client conversations into product insights and sharper positioning - Move pilots and client deployments forward by identifying additional workflows, quantifying value and turning early use cases into broader adoption Your Profile: - Deeply curious and take full ownership of everything you do - A true generalist who thrives across functions rather than fitting neatly into one box - Excited to join senior stakeholder conversations with asset servicers and managers, ask sharp questions and understand how work actually gets done inside complex organisations - Passionate about private markets, financial services or other complex industries where critical work is still far too manual - Genuinely excited about AI, use it every day and want to push it far beyond simple productivity gains - Naturally bring structure to messy input such as account maps, discovery notes, POC ideas or client value cases Please note that this position is based in Berlin (onsite).
