Key Responsibilities Wallester is seeking a proactive, detail-oriented, and technically proficient Implementation Manager to spearhead our White-Label project implementations. In this role, you will be the driving force behind launching new B2B client projects, providing critical technical assistance, and managing complex integrations. You will act as the primary bridge between our clients, internal departments, and major external partners. By driving fast project launches and continuously optimizing our delivery workflows, you will play a key role in the successful rollout of our card issuing programs. - Manage the end-to-end launch of White-Label projects for B2B clients, prioritizing fast time-to-market while maintaining high quality. - Provide dedicated technical assistance and lead technical discussions internally and with clients throughout the implementation lifecycle. - Manage communication and secure necessary project approvals with key external stakeholders. - Participate in new feature raising and collaborate on internal technical developments to expand product capabilities. - Oversee the technical management of the onboarding process for new B2B clients for Visa implementation.   - Advise clients on project rules and physical card order topics (design, price, parameters, order conditions, and place).   - Manage the workflow of various departments involved in project delivery using tools like ClickUp.   - Check that all details are present, monitor the timely fulfillment of project milestones and orders, adjust conditions and notify clients as necessary.   - Prepare regular reports (monthly, quarterly, annually) for the analysis and adjustment of processing systems and team KPIs.   - Actively contribute to the review and enhancement of internal workflows to identify efficiency gains and collaborate with stakeholders to implement improvements.   - Support the onboarding and integration of new team members by providing guidance, sharing knowledge, and assisting with their initial trainings. Requirements - Fluent English is a strict requirement; knowledge of the Russian language is a strong advantage. - Proven experience in managing complex technical projects, software implementations, or IT onboarding (fintech, payment systems, or card issuing experience is highly preferred). - Understanding of REST APIs, project technical implementation and experience utilizing project management and communication tools (ClickUp, Jira, Slack). - Strong critical thinking, independence, and exceptional stakeholder management skills to confidently navigate external approvals. - Highly detail-oriented and structured, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and cross-departmental coordination.
