ABOUT THE ROLE Join an early-stage AI procurement software company as Chief of Staff, working closely with the founders on the company's highest-priority initiatives. You will own execution across go-to-market operations, company-building projects, and internal systems as the business grows. WHAT YOU'LL DO - Drive high-priority initiatives from strategic decisions through to measurable progress, helping founders focus on their highest-impact work. - Own go-to-market execution and sales operations by building repeatable systems, playbooks, and automation. - Develop the company's operational backbone, including reporting, tooling, vendor management, and internal processes. - Identify AI tools, run experiments, and incorporate effective approaches into work across functions. - Lead cross-functional projects from analysis to delivery, including market research, competitive positioning, pricing, and partnerships. - Communicate key decisions and keep cross-functional initiatives moving and teams aligned. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR - At least 2 years of experience in a high-performance environment, such as consulting, venture capital, a high-growth startup, or founding a company. - Daily, hands-on experience with AI tools and a strong understanding of their capabilities. - Fluency in both German and English. - Experience owning go-to-market execution or sales operations, including building systems, playbooks, or automation. - A track record of delivering cross-functional company-building projects. COMPENSATION & BENEFITS Visa sponsorship is not available. LOCATION On-site in Berlin, Germany. Candidates must be based in Berlin or willing to relocate.
