Structural Steel Fitter Location: Richmond, VA Job Type: Full-Time | Direct Hire Available Shifts: 1st and 2nd Shift Pay Rate: Up to $28.00/hour, based on experience 2nd Shift Differential: Additional $3.00/hour Position Overview We are hiring a Structural Steel Fitter to assemble and prepare steel components according to fabrication drawings, measurements, and project specifications. This position requires accuracy, knowledge of steel fabrication methods, and the ability to work safely with production teams to meet quality and schedule requirements.
