Power Sensing & Regulation (PS&R) CFO

The Power Sensing & Regulation CFO will serve as a strategic finance leader, partnering with senior executives to drive profitable growth, improve margins, and strengthen cash generation across a diverse industrial portfolio. This executive role oversees financial strategy and performance across multiple product lines, business units, manufacturing sites, and regions. You will lead the integration of financial processes, establish consistent reporting and planning frameworks, and improve financial visibility to support better business decisions. Working closely with Commercial, Operations, Engineering, and integration teams, you will optimize product profitability, manufacturing efficiency, and capital allocation. You will also champion finance transformation through standardization, automation, and data-driven analytics while developing a high-performing finance organization.
