PMIS Business Analyst

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a PMIS Business Analyst based in the United States. We are seeking an experienced PMIS Business Analyst to support the delivery of a major infrastructure modernization program involving the development of five state-of-the-art dormitory facilities for up to 6,000 military medical students. In this role, you will configure, integrate, and optimize a Project Management Information System (PMIS) to support project controls, data governance, reporting, and coordination across complex construction activities. You will collaborate with government representatives, military stakeholders, designers, contractors, and project leadership to ensure accurate information and efficient decision-making throughout the project lifecycle. Your expertise will help connect cost, schedule, quality, document management, inspections, and asset data within a consistent and reliable digital environment. You will also lead business process analysis, system testing, user training, and continuous improvement to strengthen project performance and accountability.
