Director, Product

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Director, Product based in the United States. This leadership role offers the opportunity to shape the vision and strategy for a portfolio of internal and client-facing digital products, including automation, AI-powered tools, and data-driven solutions. You will ensure that individual products work together as a cohesive, scalable ecosystem while delivering measurable value to service teams and customers. Leading and developing a team of Product Managers, you will establish product priorities, strengthen execution standards, and translate business opportunities into impactful solutions. You will partner closely with technology leadership and development teams to guide architecture, roadmaps, and delivery. The role combines strategic portfolio ownership with hands-on product leadership in a fast-moving, AI-enabled environment.
