Director, Infrastructure and Platform

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, which manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Director, Infrastructure and Platform based in the United States. The Director, Infrastructure and Platform will lead the strategy, development, and operation of secure, reliable, and scalable infrastructure and software delivery platforms. This senior leadership role combines people management, technical strategy, and operational excellence to empower software engineering teams to build, test, and deliver high-quality solutions efficiently. You will establish a standardized platform ecosystem, define a clear technology roadmap, and drive the adoption of automated, secure, and repeatable delivery processes. Working across multidisciplinary and globally distributed teams, you will strengthen governance, improve performance, and ensure alignment with business priorities. Your leadership will help eliminate operational bottlenecks, reduce complexity, and improve safety, quality, delivery, and cost outcomes.
