Director, Hardware Engineering & Integration - ATP

Our partner is looking for a Director, Hardware Engineering & Integration - ATP based in the United States. We are seeking an experienced engineering leader to oversee hardware development, robotics integration, and commissioning for advanced industrial automation initiatives. In this full-time remote role, you will shape the design and deployment of robotic systems, autonomous mobile robots, machine vision cells, and specialized tooling across manufacturing environments. You will own the engineering standards and integration methods that help make deployments safer, faster, more cost-effective, and repeatable across multiple plants. Working across mechanical, electrical, controls, and commissioning disciplines, you will lead a multidisciplinary team while building internal capabilities and reducing dependence on external integrators. You will also partner with manufacturing, safety, and technology teams to ensure hardware is production-ready, compliant, and scalable.
