Director, Delivery & Deployment Excellence

Our partner is looking for a Director, Delivery & Deployment Excellence based in the United States. The Director, Delivery & Deployment Excellence will lead regional business readiness, solution quality, deployment strategy, and adoption for enterprise resource planning (ERP) upgrades and enhancements across the Americas. This senior leadership role bridges global technology programs and regional business operations, ensuring complex transformations deliver measurable and sustainable results. You will oversee the entire deployment lifecycle, from requirements assessment and testing to cutover, go-live, stabilization, and ongoing operations. Working closely with commercial, finance, customer service, distribution, and supply chain teams, you will drive process standardization, strengthen operational efficiency, and improve the value of technology investments. You will influence strategic decisions, align regional priorities with global objectives, and build consistent deployment practices across multidisciplinary teams.
