Sr. Security Supervisor

The Senior Security Supervisor supports the Security Manager in overseeing day-to-day physical security operations at Mattel Bangkok's manufacturing site. The role is responsible for supervising contracted security guard teams, monitoring site security systems and procedures, responding to security incidents, and ensuring compliance with company security standards. This position works closely with internal departments and Mattel's regional Security teams to maintain a safe, secure, and compliant manufacturing environment. 🔐 Key Responsibilities - Supervise day-to-day physical security operations at the manufacturing site, including access control, CCTV, perimeter security, visitor and contractor management, and vehicle control. - Oversee and monitor contracted security guard teams to ensure performance, discipline, and compliance with company security procedures and service standards. - Conduct regular security inspections, patrol checks, and follow up on security issues and corrective actions. - Monitor physical security systems, including CCTV, access control, alarm systems, and other security equipment. - Respond to security incidents and support investigations, incident reporting, and follow-up actions. - Support the Security Manager in security audits and compliance programs, including C-TPAT, SCAN, TAPA, RAP, and customer security requirements. - Support emergency response, evacuation drills, security awareness, and Duty of Care activities. - Coordinate with internal departments, security service providers, government agencies, and Mattel regional Security teams as required. - Prepare and maintain security reports, incident records, guard performance reports, and compliance documentation. - Perform other security-related duties assigned by the Security Manager. ✅ Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Political Science, Public Administration, Law, Security Management, Occupational Health & Safety, or a related field. - Minimum 5 years of in-house physical security experience within a manufacturing or industrial company. - Experience working as a company-employed Security professional, rather than solely as an employee of a security service provider, is strongly preferred. - Proven experience overseeing and supervising contracted security guard teams / security service providers. - Hands-on experience in CCTV, access control, physical security, incident response, investigations, and security inspections. - Experience with C-TPAT, SCAN, TAPA, or other security compliance programs is preferred. - Strong supervisory, coordination, problem-solving, and incident-handling skills. - Good command of spoken and written English is required, with the ability to communicate effectively and participate in meetings with regional Security teams. - Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to prepare security reports and operational documentation. - High integrity, accountability, and ability to work effectively in a manufacturing environment. 🎁Welfare and Benefits: - 5 Working day Monday to Friday (7.30 am. – 4.30 pm.) - IT Equipment support (PC / Laptop / Headset) - Provident Fund - Social security - Health insurance - Accident Insurance - Uniform allowance - Meal allowance - Training / Seminar / Team Building - Annual party / Family Day - Attendance bonus or other special compensation - Annual bonus - Transportation - Matty Reward - Perfect Attendance - Long-year Service Award - SMART Performance Reward - ทำงานที่นิคมอุตสาหกรรมบางปูเขตส่งออก ใกล้รถไฟฟ้า  BTS สายสีเขียว สถานีเคหะฯ - มีรถรับส่งเส้นทางหลักสายสุขุมวิท บางนา แพรกษา เทพารักษ์ ศรีนครินทร์ กิ่งแก้ว
