Senior IT Systems Engineer

As a Senior IT Systems Engineer, you will design and improve the internal technology systems that enable a growing organization to operate securely, efficiently, and at scale. You will take ownership of enterprise platforms, integrations, and automation initiatives that reduce manual work and enhance employee productivity. Working closely with IT Operations, Security, and engineering teams, you will transform recurring technical issues into sustainable solutions and strengthen the reliability of the technology environment. From gathering requirements and designing workflows to testing, documentation, and implementation, you will lead projects through their full lifecycle.
