Senior FP&A Analyst- Healthcare

The Senior FP&A Analyst plays a key role in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting within a growing, physician-led healthcare environment. This position combines independent financial analysis with business partnering to help leadership make informed operational and strategic decisions. The successful candidate will develop and maintain financial models, monitor performance against financial targets, and translate complex data into actionable insights. Working closely with department leaders and cross-functional teams, the analyst will support business planning, investment discussions, and performance improvement initiatives. The role also focuses on strengthening reporting processes, maintaining data integrity, and delivering accurate financial information across multiple business units.
