Project Operations Manager (Construction)

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Project Operations Manager (Construction) based in Canada. We are seeking an experienced construction project professional to oversee project delivery, financial performance, scheduling, and operational coordination across residential construction and renovation projects. In this leadership role, you will take ownership of project budgets, timelines, trade contracts, purchase orders, and change orders to ensure projects remain on track and profitable. Working closely with construction leadership, clients, trades, and internal teams, you will bridge project planning and on-site execution while maintaining clear accountability throughout the project lifecycle. You will also lead a project coordinator and strengthen processes, systems, and workflows to improve efficiency and consistency. The ideal candidate combines hands-on construction knowledge with strong financial oversight, proactive communication, and independent problem-solving. This is a full-time, permanent opportunity based in the Hamilton, Ontario area, with regular in-person collaboration and some flexibility for remote work.
