Implementation Project Lead

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an Implementation Project Lead based in the United States. The Implementation Project Lead will oversee multiple client implementations for a digital health platform supporting hospitals, health systems, and orthopedic specialty practices across the United States. This role combines hands-on project management, client relationship ownership, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure successful platform adoption. From initial planning through the launch of the first patient, you will drive timelines, coordinate dependencies, and help clients achieve their implementation goals. You will work closely with clinical, product, and technical teams, including on projects involving integrations. Beyond managing your own portfolio, you will mentor an Implementation Associate and contribute to scalable processes that improve delivery quality.
