Take ownership of building and managing the people function for a growing, remote-first team. This opportunity combines hands-on human resources operations with end-to-end talent acquisition, giving you the autonomy to shape essential people processes from the ground up. You will establish practical HR policies, create structured onboarding and offboarding procedures, and ensure employee documentation remains organized and compliant with internal standards. Alongside HR operations, you will lead recruitment activities, build strong candidate pipelines, and coordinate closely with founders and team leaders to attract the right talent. Your work will help create a consistent employee experience while supporting the organization's growth and long-term hiring needs.
