Gerente de Projetos PL

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Gerente de Projetos PL based in Brazil. As a Project Manager, you will oversee projects in a dynamic, complex environment, ensuring effective planning, coordination, and delivery across technical teams, business stakeholders, and clients. You will play a key role in organizing project demands, prioritizing tasks, and maintaining alignment between business objectives and technical execution. Working with Agile methodologies, particularly Kanban, you will manage backlogs, monitor workflows, and support continuous improvement throughout the project lifecycle. You will also track performance indicators, manage risks, coordinate action plans, and ensure milestones are achieved. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to projects within the energy sector while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and engaging with stakeholders at different organizational levels.
