In this role, you will contribute to the drafting, review, and negotiation of a wide range of corporate and technology agreements in a dynamic, business-oriented legal environment. You will focus particularly on technology contracts, including SaaS solutions, cloud services, software licensing, and service-level agreements (SLAs). Working closely with clients and business stakeholders, you will help structure secure, efficient, and commercially viable agreements while identifying and mitigating legal risks. You will also oversee the full contract lifecycle, from registration and approval workflows to renewals and expiration tracking.
