About the role
We are looking for an excellent Industrial Engineer to join our team in Israel. This role ensures seamless execution and synchronization across operational functions—from material availability and production through warehouse operations, fulfillment, and shipment. Acting as the operational integrator, the Industrial Engineer proactively identifies bottlenecks, manages cross-functional dependencies, drives problem resolution, and ensures operational commitments are delivered on time.
The position is permanent, full time, hybrid.
Responsibilities:
- Cross-functional operational coordination: Synchronize activities across Planning, Procurement, Warehouse, Production, Quality, Software Programming, Packaging, and Logistics to ensure smooth execution.
- Execution and follow-up: Monitor operational plans and commitments, identify risks and bottlenecks early, follow up with relevant owners, and escalate critical issues when required.
- Operational performance and KPIs: Establish and monitor operational KPIs, analyze trends, and provide management with clear visibility into performance, risks, and improvement opportunities.
- Root cause analysis and problem solving: Lead structured investigations into recurring operational issues, identify root causes, and drive corrective and preventive actions to closure.
- Operational excellence and continuous improvement: Identify process inefficiencies, reduce errors and manual work, standardize processes, and implement sustainable improvements using Industrial Engineering, Lean, and Operational Excellence methodologies.
- Warehouse and inventory performance: Support the Warehouse Manager in improving inventory accuracy, warehouse processes, productivity, and data-driven management.
- Process and systems improvement: Serve as the operational process owner for initiatives such as barcode and scanner implementation, inventory digitalization, and warehouse process optimization.
- Operational readiness and scalability: Ensure that processes, capacity, and cross-functional interfaces are prepared to support company growth and increasing production and customer demand.
- Organizational interfaces: Work closely with Supply Chain Planning, Sourcing and Logistics, Warehouse, Production, Quality, Operations Projects, R&D/Engineering, and customer-facing functions.
- Role scope: Focus on operational integration, execution, and continuous improvement across functions. The role does not manage the Supply Chain Planner or own strategic sourcing or planning responsibilities.
Direct Manager: Supply Chain Manager
Job Requirements:
- Education: Sc. in Industrial Engineering and Management.
- Experience: At least 2 years of experience in operations, supply chain, manufacturing, or industrial engineering.
- Job skills: Strong analytical and structured problem-solving capabilities; proven cross-functional communication and coordination skills; ability to manage multiple priorities and drive execution without direct authority. Experience with Operational Excellence, Lean, or Continuous Improvement methodologies is an advantage.
- Computer skills: Strong data-analysis capabilities and confidence working with operational systems, KPI reporting, and process-digitalization tools.
- Language skills: English
- Personality: Data-driven, hands-on, highly organized, proactive, and accountable, with a strong ownership mindset and the ability to identify issues early and drive them to closure.
Success in the Role
Success will be measured by the visibility, synchronization, and accountability created across operations—reducing firefighting, identifying risks before they become issues, ensuring on-time delivery of operational commitments, and resolving recurring problems at their root.
- Teamwork: Collaborate effectively, embracing diverse perspectives.
- Customer Focus: Exceed internal and external customer needs.
- Innovation: Create new opportunities with enthusiasm.
- Accountability: Take ownership of challenges, uphold standards.
- Leadership: Motivate and develop talents, achieving goals.
