Romance Business Development Manager US South Region

The Romance Business Development Manager – South Market reports to the General Manager of the Romance Department and leads business development across designated market areas in the U.S. South, Southeast and Southwest, with the goal of growing weddings, honeymoons, proposals, vow renewals and special-occasion travel to The Bahamas. The role involves developing and executing DMA-specific sales and marketing plans tied to revenue and lead targets, identifying high-yield feeder markets, and tracking performance through leads, bookings, room nights and revenue.
