Our client, a mission-driven, fast-growing private cloud company and leader in real-time analytics, data warehousing, and AI workloads, has exclusively engaged Solutus Legal Search to assist its executives in hiring a Senior Counsel, Partners & Channel. This attorney will be an early member of the company’s legal team, supporting its global channel, partnerships, and alliances business. Reporting to the Associate General Counsel, Channel, Partners, and Public Sector, the attorney will lead strategic partner transactions and help develop scalable contracting processes as the business expands. This is an exciting opportunity to work on high-value, strategic transactions with sophisticated technology partners and help shape the company’s expanding global partnerships business.
