Senior Technical Product Manager, Customer Solutions

About KarmaCheck KarmaCheck was founded by Eric Ly, a co-founder and the original CTO of LinkedIn. We are modernizing background screening, verification, and credentialing for the staffing industry, with a focus on healthcare staffing. Our customers run screening inside the ATS, VMS, and HRIS platforms they already use, through our integrations and our public API, and KarmaCheck is the only background check integration in Bullhorn's investment portfolio. We are now building an AI workforce: agents that automate the compliance workflows our customers run today by hand. This is hands-on work with vertical AI, not maintenance of a legacy screening platform. About the opportunity Building AI agents is half the work. The other half is making them work inside a customer's world: their Bullhorn, Symplr CTM, or Workday instance, their proprietary systems, and the workflows they actually run. This role is the Product team's technical expert on that second half. Customer Success runs our standard introductions and scripted pitches. When a conversation goes off script, when a workflow does not fit what we planned for, or when someone asks whether our API could support something new, you are the person who works out the answer and then gets it built. Roadmap and prioritization sit with Product leadership; within the integration lane, you own the scoping, the solution, and delivery. This is a small team, and you will do the work with autonomy and ownership.
