About the role

Position Description: The Training Developer is responsible for designing and delivering compelling online training programs that simplify complex, technical, and compliance-driven subject matter. This role partners closely with subject matter experts (SMEs), other members of KPA’s Training & Content Team, and various stakeholders to translate regulatory and technical content into engaging, effective learning experiences. This professional brings entry-level to mid-level experience in instructional design and eLearning development, infusing creativity, applying adult learning principles, and leveraging modern learning technologies. This individual is resourceful, detail-oriented, and proficient with training development tools such as Articulate 360 (Storyline/Rise) or similar platforms.
