About Lyra   Lyra Clinical Associates partners with Lyra Health, a leading provider of evidence-based mental health care, serving more than 20 million people globally in partnership with employers and more than 100 million through health plan and partner relationships. The company has delivered more than 15 million sessions of mental health care, published more than 35 peer-reviewed studies, and delivered unmatched outcomes in terms of access, clinical effectiveness, and cost efficiency. Lyra members have access to care in one day, and nine out of ten improve with the support of providers like you. Lyra is transforming access to life-changing mental health care through Lyra Empower, the only fully integrated, AI-powered platform combining the highest-quality care and technology solutions. You will be employed by Lyra Clinical Associates. About the Role As a therapist within our Pediatric Outpatient Service Line, you'll have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of children, teens, young adults, and their families while working as part of an integrated clinical team. You'll provide evidence-based, developmentally appropriate therapy that helps members build resilience, strengthen relationships, develop effective coping skills, and make progress toward individualized treatment goals. Depending on the member's age and clinical needs, treatment may also involve partnering with parents or caregivers to reinforce skills, support treatment goals, and promote meaningful change outside of therapy sessions. Therapists are an integral part of our collaborative care model. You'll work closely with behavioral case managers, psychiatric providers, nurses, coaches, and other clinical team members to ensure members receive coordinated care that reflects their individual, developmental, and family needs. This role is a great fit for an independently NY licensed behavioral health clinician who is passionate about supporting children, teens, and young adults, values collaboration, and is comfortable adapting treatment across developmental stages. You'll have opportunities to expand your clinical expertise through consultation, ongoing training, evidence-based care practices, and collaboration with an interdisciplinary team. We are looking for a part-time licensed therapist to join our Pediatric Care Services clinical team. This role sits within the Pediatric Outpatient Service Line and reports to a Clinical Supervisor.
