Tax Administration Supervisor – Senior Prof Support - Tax  Buenos Aires, Argentina  Position Summary  The Tax Administration Supervisor provides day-to-day leadership and operational oversight for the Buenos Aires Tax Administration team. The primary purpose of this team is to support BPM’s Tax Directors and Managing Directors,while partner administrative support remains in the U.S. This is a hands-on player / coach role overseeing Tax Administration Associates, not a pure people-management role. Reporting directly to the Tax Admin Leader, this role is responsible for workflow coordination, quality assurance, resource management, onboarding, training, and service delivery. The Supervisor partners closely with U.S.-based Tax Administration leadership to provide consistent, timely, and high-quality support to the Tax Practice.  Team Leadership & Supervision  Directly supervise, coach, and support a team of Tax Administration Associates.
