Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven New Business Account Executive  to join our growing team. The New Business Account Executive will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive sales. The ideal candidate should possess strong interpersonal skills, a proven track record in sales, and the ability to cultivate and maintain productive relationships with partners.  Base Pay Range The base pay range of this position is $24.00 to  $26.00 USD per hour. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible to participate in the Company’s bonus program with a target bonus opportunity of 10% of base salary annually, subject to the achievement of individual and Company performance objectives and the terms of the applicable Company bonus plan. Please note that the provided range reflects the pay spectrum for positions within the same job category as the one to which this position belongs. Expected Posting Timelines This position will be open for a minimum of 5 days, a maximum of 90 days. The Day-to-Day The essential functions and responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following. Other duties may be assigned as needed. - Receive, inspect, and process incoming inventory, materials, and products. - Verify shipments against purchase orders, packing slips, and receiving documentation. - Accurately record inventory transactions within the ERP/Warehouse Management System. - Store materials in designated warehouse locations while maintaining proper organization and inventory control. - Perform inventory transfers, stock adjustments, and location changes as required. - Release materials and components to manufacturing based on production schedules and work orders. - Process and release customer orders for picking, packing, and shipment. - Monitor inventory levels and report shortages, discrepancies, damaged goods, or potential stock issues. - Conduct cycle counts and assist with physical inventory activities to ensure inventory accuracy. - Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies in a timely manner. - Ensure all inventory movements are properly documented and traceable. - Maintain compliance with company quality standards, inventory control procedures, and safety requirements. - Assist with returns, quarantined inventory, and non-conforming material processes as required. - Coordinate with Purchasing, Production, Quality, and Shipping departments to support operational requirements. - Operate and maintain pallet jacks, forklifts, and reach equipment - Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment. Above all, we consider a person’s potential impact in the role and value their unique path to this point in their career. - High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred. - Minimum 4+ years working in a manufacturing or distribution environment preferred. - A combination of professional or educational experience (whether formal or informal) that affords you with the knowledge, skills, and abilities above - Previous warehouse, inventory control, or logistics experience preferred. - Experience using ERP, Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), or inventory management software preferred. - Basic computer skills, including data entry. - Ability to operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (certification preferred).
