We’re looking for a Director of Revenue Operations (RevOps) to own the commercial operating system across the group's portfolio brands of Cookie Information, Piwik PRO and Sheltr. You will lead the commercial operating plan, the shared CRM and data, attribution, forecasting, and the objective arbitration of capacity across commercial teams. This role reports to the CCO. The Director of RevOps is the key connective role between leadership and the commercial team leads, translating strategy into an operating plan they run with, and turning their execution data into insight leadership can act on to drive predictable, efficient and sustainable revenue growth. We are open to on-site, hybrid, and remote working within two time zones of our offices (CET). In this role, please expect to travel up to 40% of the time. About Us Our group brings together three European software brands that help organisations earn and use data with trust: Cookie Information for consent management; Piwik PRO for privacy-by-design analytics and data activation; and Sheltr for reliably finding personal data in internal data sources. Headquartered in Copenhagen with an office in Wrocław, our team of 180 people have been building trusted data solutions since 2011. We work with companies and marketing teams across various industries that take control of their data model, including some of the most data-sensitive clients in healthcare, finance, energy & utilities, and the public sector. We are proud that our clients rely on us to meet GDPR and EU data residency requirements across EMEA and the US, as this regulatory depth is hard to build and replicate. We believe compliance and performance are not opposites. Consented data, auditable analytics and full visibility of personal data belong to one data journey; together they form a foundation that marketing, IT, legal and the C-level can rely on.  Our journey is to move from a regulation-driven house of brands to one unified company with a clear point of view. We are creating a new category around this complete data journey, and together we are building an enterprise-ready, data-driven revenue engine led by thought leadership. Want to join us on this journey? Keep reading to find out how you can help shape this with us. The Role As Director of RevOps, you will own the commercial revenue engine across all three brands, ensuring alignment between strategy, processes, technology and performance. You will build and lead a multidisciplinary team and act as a strategic partner to commercial leadership, driving operational excellence and turning insights into business outcomes. Your key responsibilities will include: - Owning the commercial operating plan, revenue forecasting and pipeline performance across the portfolio, translating business objectives into clear priorities and measurable outcomes.  - Establish a shared CRM, account universe, campaign calendar and consistent funnel definitions, ensuring reliable data, clear processes and effective collaboration across brands.  - Driving data-led improvements in conversion, deal size, customer acquisition cost, customer lifetime value and return on investment. Lead reporting and performance reviews for the CCO, CEO and Finance.  - Providing an objective, data-driven perspective on commercial capacity and investment trade-offs, escalating key decisions to the CCO when needed.  - Owning the commercial technology stack, including HubSpot, BI, forecasting, marketing automation and AI, ensuring our tools and data enable scalable growth.  - Leading BI, marketing automation, customer and partner enablement, and product marketing. Partner with Product on feature prioritisation, pricing and packaging to strengthen go-to-market effectiveness.  About you You are an experienced B2B SaaS RevOps leader who understands how to build a scalable, data-driven revenue engine. You combine strong commercial and financial acumen with analytical rigour and the ability to influence senior stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Product and Finance. You thrive in complex environments where you can bring structure, align competing priorities and turn data into better commercial decisions. You bring:  - Significant experience leading Revenue Operations or owning the Sales and Marketing revenue engine in a B2B SaaS business. - Strong commercial and financial understanding, including ARR, NRR, churn, CAC, customer lifetime value and payback. - Deep expertise in pipeline management, funnel design, forecasting, attribution and performance optimisation. - Advanced HubSpot expertise, including architecture, governance and process design. - Experience with BI, marketing automation, AI and revenue technology. - Experience leading multidisciplinary, hybrid-working teams and driving change across functions without relying solely on formal authority. - Strong executive communication skills and the ability to influence C-level decision-making. - Fluency in English (C2).  Nice-to-haves: - Experience managing multi-brand or multi-product go-to-market operations on shared infrastructure. - Experience with partner and channel models or account-based marketing. - Familiarity with forecasting, conversation intelligence and advanced BI tools. - Background in privacy, MarTech or analytics. - Experience in a scale-up or PE- or VC-backed business. - Fluency in German, French or a Nordic language. What we offer - Real ownership: Lead the commercial operating model across a three-brand portfolio.  - You’ll work closely with the CCO, CEO and commercial leadership to shape business priorities and decisions.  - You get to build shared systems, processes and insights that enable more effective and scalable commercial execution.  - A chance to make an impact: Strengthen how three growing SaaS brands plan, execute and scale their commercial growth through better data, processes and insights. - Professional development budget, health insurance, and other benefits. - A positive, informal workplace. Application process We’re looking to fill the position as soon as possible and will be inviting candidates for interviews on an ongoing basis, so don’t hesitate to send your application today.  This is what our recruitment process looks like: - A brief screening call with our Talent Partner (online, approx. 30 mins) - An in-depth interview with the hiring manager and a member of the team - Interview with a key stakeholder including a live case - A final interview with our CCO This process is subject to change. All applicants who progress to the screening call will be informed of the full process as some stages may be combined and/or in person. Our Commitment to Diversity & Inclusion At Cookie Information & Piwik PRO we value diversity as a cornerstone of our success. We welcome applications from all backgrounds and do not discriminate based on race, religion, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, age, marital status, veteran status, or disability. We recognise that certain groups are underrepresented in the tech industry, and we encourage everyone to apply and help us shape a more inclusive workspace.
