You will look after our North Edmonton facility (Londonderry Mall) and a team of 10+ part time staff About Our Company We’re an entertainment based facility with a small (but growing!) chain of centers in Alberta. With one two locations in Edmonton and two in Calgary. Our customers come to us for special occasions (Birthday Parties, Corporate Events, Youth Group Events) as well as for some casual fun. The majority are aged 6 to 12, but we also host many teens and adults. You’ll work closely with the senior leadership team and play an integral role in day-to-day operations. Unlike traditional retail or hospitality positions, this role is focused on cultivating a fantastic team environment, enhancing customer satisfaction, and maintaining a well-organized, safe, and welcoming space.
