About the role

ExcelCRMHRIS
Fourvenues is a tech platform born from within the entertainment industry, which gives it a first-hand understanding of what venues actually need to run their business. The platform brings everything under one roof: online ticket sales, guest list management, VIP reservations, a fully integrated POS system for the bar and box office, real-time capacity tracking, and a built-in CRM to truly understand your audience.  What makes it stand out is how it connects all these touchpoints, from the moment someone buys a ticket to what they spend at the bar, generating cross-referenced data that lets owners see exactly which events perform best, which customer profiles spend the most, which promoters actually deliver, and where money is being left on the table.  The result: smarter decisions, less manual work, tighter control over the business, and a smoother experience for both staff and guests. We are looking for an Event Production Intern to join our Events team and see from the inside how we produce Fun Business Days 2027, the nightlife industry congress we run in Valencia: 3,000 attendees, 4 stages, 40 stands and 50 speakers. If you love detail, can juggle many things at once and want to learn how a large event is produced end to end, we want to meet you! - Track suppliers: quotes, confirmations, deadlines and invoices. - Keep the event budget up to date, line by line. - Organise travel and accommodation for speakers and the team. - Manage speakers: confirmations, technical needs, materials and schedules. - Work with Fourvenues internal teams and the production agency so every deliverable arrives on time. - Keep the production documentation in Notion: run of show, timings, checklists and contacts. - Be on site for build and show, and help close the edition afterwards. - Studies in event management, production or protocol, either ongoing (with an internship agreement) or recently completed. - Full professional English (C1). - Confident with Notion and Google Workspace, especially spreadsheets. - You use AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT) in your daily work. - Full-time availability from November 2026 to the end of April 2027. - Weekend availability during the 3 weeks before the event. - Organised, detail oriented and eager to learn. - Driving licence. - Previous experience at events, conferences or festivals, even as an intern or volunteer. - Interest in the nightlife and live music industry. - Paid internship with a monthly allowance. - See the production of a 3,000 attendee congress from the inside, from planning to build. - A vision and team that will inspire you to excel and reach the next level in your career development. - Continuous training we want you to stay at the forefront of technology and grow your skills through regular internal training. - MacBook laptop and high-resolution monitors to maximize your potential. - Hybrid work model (3+2): three days in the office and two from home if that’s where you feel most productive although we're confident that the environment and the team will make you enjoy being at the office more than you’d expect. - Flexible working hours. Organize your workday between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM, as long as you meet scheduled commitments.
