About Ditto At Ditto, we're redefining digital trust. Our unified identity platform helps banks, financial institutions, governments and other regulated organisations verify identities, prevent fraud and deliver secure digital experiences through identity verification, authentication, passwordless access and mobile threat defence. As we continue to grow globally, we're building a continuous trust platform that protects every interaction across the customer journey. We're a global team with a startup mindset—moving fast, thinking big and empowering people to make an impact from day one. Led by CEO Gonzalo Alonso and an experienced leadership team, we're on a mission to make digital trust simple, secure and accessible. The Role We're looking for a motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help grow Ditto's presence in Mexico and build our sales pipeline. You'll identify organisations that could benefit from Ditto's solutions, research potential customers and connect with the people responsible for identity, security, fraud prevention and digital transformation. Through a mix of phone, email, LinkedIn and other outreach channels, you'll start conversations, understand business challenges and turn promising prospects into qualified meetings for our sales team. This is a role for someone who enjoys the challenge of finding new opportunities. You'll need to be curious about businesses, confident speaking with new people and persistent enough to find a way through when your first approach doesn't work. You'll work closely with sales and marketing, with clear targets and the opportunity to develop your skills in B2B technology sales. As Ditto continues to grow, you'll play an important part in building relationships with prospective customers and creating opportunities for the business. Where You'll Make an Impact In this role, you'll: - Build our sales pipeline. Identify and engage prospective customers, creating qualified meetings and opportunities that contribute to Ditto's growth. - Research target accounts. Use online research, LinkedIn and sales intelligence tools to understand prospective businesses, identify relevant stakeholders and find the right people to contact. - Start conversations. Reach out to decision-makers through phone, email, LinkedIn and other relevant channels, tailoring your approach to the organisation and person you're contacting. - Understand customer challenges. Ask thoughtful questions to uncover business needs, priorities and potential challenges around identity verification, authentication, fraud prevention and digital security. - Qualify opportunities. Establish whether a prospect is a good fit for Ditto and ensure the meetings you arrange give the sales team a clear understanding of the opportunity. - Find new ways in. Experiment with messaging and outreach approaches, work through objections and look for creative ways to engage prospects who don't respond to the first attempt. - Work closely with sales and marketing. Align your prospecting with target accounts, campaigns and regional priorities, sharing feedback from the market to help improve our approach. - Keep our CRM in good shape. Maintain accurate contact details, activity records, qualification notes and prospect information in our CRM and sales engagement tools. - Deliver against your targets. Manage your activity, prioritise effectively and work towards agreed monthly and quarterly goals for qualified meetings and pipeline contribution. - Learn the market. Build your understanding of the identity and cybersecurity landscape, our customers' challenges and the factors that influence buying decisions. - Keep improving. Review your results, learn from feedback and identify opportunities to make your prospecting more effective. Who You Are You're someone who: - Is curious and commercially minded. You want to understand how businesses work, what challenges they face and where Ditto could make a difference. - Is confident starting conversations. You're comfortable reaching out to people you haven't met, building rapport and engaging decision-makers. - Is resilient. You understand that prospecting involves rejection. You don't take it personally, and you're willing to try a different approach when something isn't working. - Communicates clearly. You can adapt your message to different audiences, ask good questions and explain ideas in a straightforward way. - Is proactive. You enjoy finding opportunities, taking initiative and working out how to reach the right people. - Is organised. You manage your time well, follow through on commitments and keep track of multiple prospects and conversations. - Cares about quality. You understand that successful prospecting isn't just about activity levels. It's about creating relevant conversations that can lead to genuine business opportunities. - Works well with others. You enjoy collaborating with sales, marketing and colleagues across the business, sharing insights and working towards common goals. - Wants to learn. You welcome feedback, look for ways to improve and are interested in developing your knowledge of technology and sales. - Thrives in a growing business. You're comfortable with change, enjoy trying new approaches and want to help build something rather than simply follow an established playbook. What We're Looking For Ideally, you'll bring: - Previous experience in sales, business development, lead generation or a commercial role. - Familiarity with outbound prospecting through cold calls, email, LinkedIn or other channels. - Experience researching prospective customers, identifying decision-makers and qualifying opportunities. - Experience working towards sales targets or other measurable commercial goals. - Strong written and verbal communication skills. - Fluency in Spanish and professional working proficiency in English. - An interest in technology, digital identity, cybersecurity and fraud prevention. Bonus Points It would be great if you also have: - Experience selling SaaS, identity verification, authentication, cybersecurity or fraud prevention solutions. - Familiarity with a CRM such as Salesforce or HubSpot and an understanding of the importance of accurate sales data. - Experience prospecting into banks, fintechs, insurers, government organisations or other regulated businesses. - Familiarity with sales prospecting and engagement tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo or ZoomInfo. What Success Looks Like In this role, you'll: - In your first 30 days, learn about Ditto's products, target customers, value proposition and sales process. Get comfortable with our CRM and prospecting tools, understand your targets and begin building your list of prospective accounts. - Within 60 days, establish a consistent prospecting routine, begin engaging relevant decision-makers and start generating qualified meetings. - Within 90 days, demonstrate progress against your agreed targets, maintain accurate CRM records and build a growing pipeline of qualified opportunities. - Within six months, consistently contribute qualified meetings and opportunities to the sales pipeline, develop a strong understanding of our target market and identify which prospecting approaches work best. - Throughout, work closely with sales and marketing, share useful market insights and continually improve the quality and effectiveness of your outreach.
