Sr. Quality Improvement Facilitator

As a Senior Quality Improvement Facilitator, you wwill serve as the primary program liaison and quality improvement (QI) coach for healthcare facilities who serve Tribal communities. This role provides QI assistance to a group of Tribally managed healthcare facilities, Urban Indian Organizations, and/or Indian Health Service facilities. You will the facility Quality Teams accomplish QI goals around patient care, patient safety, training and education for staff, capacity building, and more. You will be responsible for building and maintaining trusted relationships with assigned community contacts, providing QI services to healthcare organizations serving Tribal communities, understanding and implementing QI approaches, and offering meaningful adaptations to QI approaches for American Indian and Alaska Native populations. This position requires both virtual and in-person interactions with hospitals, clinics, and nursing homes. While this role is primarily remote, Telligen is only considering candidates located in Oklahoma.
