Influencer Manager Lead  About SiGMA World:   SiGMA World is a global events, media and technology group working across gaming, emerging technology, digital health and affiliate marketing.  Founded in Malta in 2014, we’ve grown into a team of 450+ people across six global offices in Malta, Cyprus, Serbia, Armenia, Brazil and the Philippines. We bring together businesses, entrepreneurs, investors and industry leaders from around the world through our events, media, digital products, education, investment and philanthropic initiatives.    Today, SiGMA is home to a diverse portfolio of businesses and brands, giving our team the opportunity to work across different industries, markets and projects. We’re always looking for talented people who want to grow with us and be part of what we’re building next!    What You'll Do  Strategy and Programme Ownership  - Own the global influencer and creator strategy across all SiGMA Group brands, aligned to event, audience and revenue targets.  - Build annual and per-event influencer plans, including priorities by region, platform, audience segment and budget.  - Continue and scale the barter / affiliate model: trade media exposure, event access and stage time with influencers in gaming, AI, blockchain, affiliate and tech.  - Develop long-term ambassador programmes that move beyond one-off posts to year-round, multi-format partnerships (video, podcasts, newsletters, livestreams, LinkedIn thought leadership).  - Define campaign goals, KPIs and deliverables, and set the standards the whole team works to.  Team Leadership  - Lead, coach and develop a team of Influencer Managers across our international offices.  - Allocate brands, events and markets across the team, set priorities, and run regular performance check-ins.  - Build the playbooks, templates and processes (briefs, contracts, onboarding, reporting) that let the programme scale.  - Act as the senior point of escalation for influencer relationships, disputes and brand-risk issues.     Creator and Partner Network  - Identify, vet and onboard influencers, streamers, KOLs, content creators and talent agencies globally, from macro names to niche B2B and micro creators.  - Manage a high volume of creator relationships simultaneously, not just a handful of headline names.  - Cultivate B2B voices with real professional credibility: operators, analysts, founders, affiliate leaders and LinkedIn creators whose audience trusts their read on the industry.  - Maintain a structured creator database with audience data, rates, history and performance.  Event Activation  - Design influencer programmes for every SiGMA Group event, covering pre-event promotion, on-site coverage and post-event content.  - Give creators meaningful access (interviews, briefings, VIP areas, stage and panel slots) so content is genuine rather than branded recap.  - Organise influencer logistics end to end, including schedules, flights, accommodation, accreditation and on-site activities such as meet and greets.  - Work with events, content, social and PR teams to integrate creator activity into the wider campaign calendar.  Campaign Management and Execution  - Oversee influencer campaigns from ideation to post-launch analysis.  - Write clear creator briefs that protect the brand while preserving the creator's voice.  - Run content approval workflows and ensure timely delivery against deadlines and quality standards.  - Coordinate with paid media on whitelisting and amplification of top-performing creator content.  Compliance and Brand Safety  - Ensure all creator content meets advertising disclosure rules and each platform's policies on gambling, crypto and financial content (e.g. YouTube, Twitch, TikTok, Kick, X, Meta, LinkedIn).  - Stay current on market-specific rules for regulated categories (e.g. UKGC, Brazil SPA, MGA) and adapt campaigns to where content will be seen.  - Vet creators for audience age, geography and reputation, and avoid misleading claims or content with youth appeal.  - Keep up to date as platform and regulatory rules change, and brief the team accordingly.  Budgets, Contracts and Negotiation  - Own the influencer budget, balancing paid, barter and hybrid deals to maximise value.  - Negotiate rates, usage rights, exclusivity, and deliverables with creators and agencies.  - Manage contracts, terms and compensation agreements, in line with company procedures.  Analytics and Reporting  - Set up tracking for every partnership (UTMs, unique codes, dedicated landing pages) so creator impact on registrations, leads and sales is measurable.  - Report on reach, engagement, cost per result and ROI, and present insights to marketing leadership.  - Benchmark competitor and industry creator activity to identify new opportunities.     What You Bring  - 5+ years in influencer marketing, creator partnerships or social media, with at least 2 years leading a programme or managing people.  - Experience in iGaming, affiliates, crypto, fintech, B2B events or another regulated or high-scrutiny industry.  - A proven track record of running multi-market influencer campaigns, ideally tied to live events.  - An established network of creators, streamers, agencies or industry voices you can bring to the table.  - Strong working knowledge of platform ad policies, disclosure requirements and gambling or crypto advertising restrictions.  - Confident negotiator with commercial instincts, comfortable with both paid and barter deal structures.  - Data-driven: comfortable with campaign tracking, attribution and turning results into decisions.  - Excellent organiser, able to run multiple campaigns, events and time zones at once.  - Wllingness to travel internationally for events.     Why SiGMA Group?  - Grow with us – Play an important role in SiGMA's continued expansion across Latin America and help strengthen our presence within the land-based gaming industry.  -
