As a Partnership Specialist Intern, you will join Buddyfit’s Partnership team and provide commercial support to the Partnership Manager, working closely together.
You will help build and manage the Media Sales partnership pipeline, meaning collaborations with brands across different industries that invest to reach the Buddyfit community.
This is a gradual growth path. At first, you will support the team in scouting new opportunities and in the first contacts with brands and media agencies. Step by step, you will take on some phases of the sales process and client relationships independently. You will get to know Media Sales dynamics up close, develop negotiation skills and help build partnerships that create value for both our partners and the Buddyfit community.
You feel at ease in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, you are eager to learn and challenge yourself, and you bring positive energy to every interaction. You will work in a passionate, cross-functional team that will support you along the way and help you grow every day.
- Native Italian speaker with fluent English.

- 0 to 1 year of experience in sales, business development or similar roles. This can also be your first experience.
- A commercial mindset: you enjoy talking to people, you are curious about how a partnership comes to life, and you don’t get discouraged by a “no”.
- Knowledge of social media and digital is a plus, but not a requirement.
- An organized, accurate and proactive approach, with the willingness to learn how to manage multiple contacts and tasks at the same time.
- Passion for and interest in fitness and wellness are highly appreciated.
- Curiosity about artificial intelligence: if you are already experimenting with AI tools at work or in your studies, that’s a plus.
- Support the Partnership Manager in building and managing the Media Sales partnership pipeline, helping to identify new leads and opportunities across different industries.
- Carry out research and prospecting via email, LinkedIn, phone and social media to identify potential brand partners and agencies, learning how to qualify them.
- Support the team throughout the different stages of the sales cycle, from first contact to preparing the commercial proposal, gradually gaining autonomy.
- Accurately track activities, leads and pipeline status, sharing updates with the team.
- Work with the partnership and marketing teams to align commercial activities with ongoing campaigns and priorities.
- On-the-job training: working alongside the Partnership Manager, you will learn how to develop commercial partnerships, from finding new opportunities to negotiating and closing deals.
- Real projects: you will work on actual partnerships and initiatives with brands and media agencies, with the ongoing support of the team.
- Growing autonomy: as you build skills and confidence, you will be given increasing responsibilities, up to directly handling some phases of the sales process and client management.
- A growth opportunity: a 6-month internship, with the possibility of being hired at the end, so you can keep growing with the team.
