As part of the Growth Strategy team at Midas, you will take growth targets and turn them into concrete initiatives with clear scope, ownership, and KPIs. You will work closely with product, marketing, data, and other cross-functional teams to plan, coordinate, and drive execution from idea to implementation. This role requires staying close to execution — tracking progress, resolving blockers, and ensuring initiatives deliver measurable results.
