Vice President of Legal

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Vice President of Legal based in the United States. We are seeking a senior legal executive to lead enterprise-wide legal strategy, governance, and compliance for a growing healthcare services platform. This fully remote leadership role serves as the primary in-house legal advisor, partnering closely with executive leadership and the Board on complex legal and strategic matters. You will oversee corporate and employment law, healthcare regulatory compliance, physician contracting, mergers and acquisitions, and multi-entity governance. A key priority will be bringing critical legal responsibilities in-house while strengthening risk management and improving the efficiency of external legal support. You will also lead a compliance team and help ensure the organization operates responsibly within a complex, highly regulated healthcare environment.
