Strategic ACO Contract Manager

We are seeking a strategic, results-driven contracting professional to strengthen provider networks and advance value-based healthcare partnerships. In this remote role, you will lead complex contract negotiations and manage relationships with hospitals, physician groups, and other healthcare providers. You will develop contracting strategies that balance financial performance, quality outcomes, network adequacy, and affordability. Working across healthcare operations and provider partnerships, you will oversee the full contract lifecycle, from negotiation and execution to renewals, amendments, and ongoing performance monitoring. Your expertise in Accountable Care Organization (ACO) arrangements, financial modeling, and risk-based contracting will help create sustainable agreements that support organizational objectives and improve healthcare delivery.
