Sr. Systems Reliability Engineer

As a Senior Systems Reliability Engineer, you will lead reliability and maintainability (R&M) engineering activities across the full lifecycle of advanced unmanned aircraft and defense systems. You will shape system reliability architecture, develop data-driven analyses, and establish testing strategies to ensure mission-critical performance. Working closely with engineering teams and customer stakeholders, you will oversee failure investigations, corrective actions, and reliability verification. Your expertise will help ensure systems meet demanding technical, operational, and regulatory requirements. You will also contribute to continuous improvement by applying digital engineering and AI-enabled tools to reliability processes.
