Working closely with Human Resources, Finance, business leaders, and compensation specialists, you will lead market benchmarking, job evaluations, and annual compensation programs. You will develop advanced analytical models, dashboards, and executive-ready reports to identify trends, assess risks, and improve compensation outcomes. Beyond core compensation activities, you will help modernize processes through automation, AI-enabled tools, and innovative data solutions.
