Senior Director, Commercial Analytics & Decision Science

Our partner is looking for a Senior Director, Commercial Analytics & Decision Science based in the United States. As Senior Director, Commercial Analytics & Decision Science, you will shape the strategic direction of commercial analytics and transform complex data into actionable insights that drive business growth. You will build and lead a centralized analytics capability supporting an expanding portfolio of therapies for rare diseases. Partnering with senior leaders across Sales, Marketing, Forecasting, Market Insights, Patient Access, Finance, and Commercial Operations, you will influence critical business decisions and investment priorities. You will integrate patient, prescriber, account, access, promotional, and field performance data to uncover growth opportunities and improve commercial effectiveness. You will also develop an advanced analytics roadmap encompassing predictive modeling, patient journey analytics, customer segmentation, and resource optimization. This leadership role combines strategic vision, technical expertise, and hands-on execution in a collaborative, fast-paced biotechnology environment. Your work will help strengthen commercial performance, prepare for future product launches, and ultimately support the delivery of innovative treatments to people living with rare diseases.
