As an SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) Consultant, you will combine deep technical expertise with team leadership to oversee complex implementations, system enhancements, and payroll transformation initiatives. You will guide and mentor consulting professionals while serving as a trusted advisor to clients on payroll technology strategy and optimization. Working closely with HR, payroll, finance, and IT stakeholders, you will drive solution design, integration improvements, and compliance-focused system configurations. You will also contribute to service delivery excellence, continuous improvement, and the development of best practices across consulting engagements.
