Salesforce Developer I

Join a mission-driven technology team developing and maintaining secure, cloud-based solutions that support critical U.S. Army recruiting and personnel accession operations. As a Salesforce Developer I, you will contribute to an enterprise platform designed to modernize recruiting workflows, streamline applicant processing, and improve operational efficiency. You will focus on building reliable Salesforce solutions using declarative tools and standard platform functionality, applying custom development when necessary. Working in a highly secure, compliance-driven environment, you will collaborate with architects, technical leads, DevSecOps engineers, testers, and government stakeholders. This role offers an opportunity to strengthen your Salesforce expertise while contributing to a large-scale federal technology program. You will help ensure platform security, data integrity, maintainability, and performance through disciplined development and documentation practices. This is a fully remote, U.S.-based contract opportunity requiring eligibility for a Secret security clearance.
