As a Healthcare Data Analyst, you will turn complex medical and pharmacy claims data into actionable insights that improve healthcare outcomes and medication use. You will develop and maintain analytical tools that help health plans understand care patterns, identify opportunities for improvement, and support better clinical decisions. Working alongside clinical research, product, and technology teams, you will contribute to real-world evidence studies and digital health solutions that deliver insights directly to clinicians. You will also help strengthen data integration, standardization, and automation processes while exploring opportunities to apply AI to healthcare analytics.
